Privacy at Cloona.

This policy covers Cloona’s website and early-access waitlist. Cloona is operated by Mayank Verma in Bengaluru, India. It is an independent project; no company is registered yet. For any privacy question, email admin@cloona.in.

What we collect

When you join, we collect your email address and, if you choose to share it, your creator category. We also record the signup time and the version of the privacy notice shown to you. We do not ask for your name, payment details, Instagram password, or private messages on this waitlist.

If you email us, we receive the details you include in that message. Our hosting providers may process technical information such as your IP address and request logs to deliver and protect the website. The signup service uses a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit automated requests; it does not store your raw IP address in the waitlist.

Why we use it

We use your email to manage early access and send Cloona launch updates you have requested. Your optional category helps us understand what creators need. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated advertising.

Where it is stored

Waitlist records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database through our website hosting platform, ChatGPT Sites. Authorised project administrators can access the records to manage the waitlist. Hosting providers process data to operate the service; their infrastructure may be outside India. We do not promise storage in a particular country.

An automated email provider is not connected yet, so joining does not currently send a confirmation email. We will update this notice before connecting an additional provider to process your signup details.

Your choice and how to leave

Submitting the form asks us to contact you about Cloona early access. You can withdraw that request at any time. Email admin@cloona.in with “Unsubscribe” to stop updates, or with “Delete my details” to request removal. You can also use this address to ask for access or a correction.

Please contact us from the address you used to join. We may need to verify a request before sharing or deleting information. We will confirm how it has been handled. If you unsubscribe, we may retain the minimum information needed to respect that request.

How long we keep it

We keep signup details while they are needed to manage the early-access programme and the updates you requested. We remove them when no longer needed or when a verified deletion request is completed, except where retention is necessary to meet a legal obligation. Temporary anti-abuse records expire after 24 hours and are removed as new requests are processed.

Cookies and security

We have not added advertising cookies or analytics trackers to this site. Hosting and access services may use necessary cookies. We use HTTPS and restrict administrative access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our data practices change. If a change needs your permission, we will ask before using your information for that new purpose.
