These terms cover the Cloona website and waitlist. Cloona is operated by Mayank Verma in Bengaluru, India, as an independent project. No company is registered yet. Contact admin@cloona.in with questions.

What joining means

Joining is free and requests early-access updates. It does not create a paid subscription, guarantee admission, reserve a price, or give you immediate access to the product. Use an email address you control. You can leave at any time using the contact details in our privacy policy.

Launch and product availability

Our target launch date is 1 January 2027. Timing and feature availability may change. Auto-DM, 1:1 sessions, AI cloning, and social media management are the focus of development. Product screens show example workflows, not live customer accounts or guaranteed results.

Responsible use

Do not submit another person’s details without permission, send automated or abusive signup requests, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the website. We may restrict abusive activity to protect the service.

Platforms and AI

Any future Instagram connection will depend on account eligibility, Meta’s permissions, and its platform policies. An official API does not guarantee that an account will never face restrictions. AI outputs may be inaccurate and will need appropriate oversight. Voice or likeness features must only be used with the necessary permission.

Ownership and other services

Cloona’s branding and original website materials belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their owners. Cloona is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Google. External services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and expectations

We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We do not guarantee leads, earnings, follower growth, or any particular business result. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Updates

We may revise these terms as the product develops. Any paid service will have its terms and pricing presented before you buy. Material changes will be explained when relevant. The date above shows when this page was last updated.
